To reach the primary LOTT Alliance facilities, follow the step-by-step directions below, or click on the map to the left for a larger, printable version.

Administration Offices

The LOTT Alliance administrative offices are located at 111 Market Street NE, Suite 250, in Downtown Olympia, directly across the street from the Olympia Farmers Market.

• From I-5, take exit 105
• Follow the signs toward the Port of Olympia, and go to Plum Street SE
• Head north on Plum Street SE and drive 8 blocks
• Turn left on State Avenue NE
• Drive 6 blocks, and turn right onto Washington Street NE
• LOTT is located in the last building on the left, just prior to Market Street NE
• Turn left into the Market Centre parking lot
• The LOTT Alliance Office is located on the second floor, in Suite 250

Budd Inlet Facilities

The Budd Inlet Treatment Plant and Reclaimed Water Plant are located at 500 Adams Street NE, in Downtown Olympia. LOTT currently offers public tours for both facilities; call (360) 528-5726 for scheduling information. (Note: As LOTT gets ready to build a new Administrative building and Education Center at the Budd Inlet Treatment Plant, changes in access to the Plant and parking areas will occur.)

• From I-5, take exit 105
• Follow the signs toward the Port of Olympia, and go to Plum Street SE
• Head north on Plum Street SE, and drive 8 blocks
• Turn left on State Avenue NE
• Go to the first traffic light, and turn right onto Adams Street NE
• In 2 1/2 blocks, Adams Street NE will end at the entrance to the Plant parking lot

The RV "dump site" is also located at the Budd Inlet Treatment Plant, along the west side of the facility, off Franklin Street. This service is offered free of charge for recreational vehicles.

• From I-5, take exit 105
• Follow the signs toward the Port of Olympia, and go to Plum Street SE
• Head north on Plum Street SE, and drive 8 blocks
• Turn left on State Avenue NE
• Go to the second traffic light, and turn right onto Franklin Street NE
• Drive about 4 blocks, and the RV dumping facility is located on the right-hand side

Hawks Prairie Reclaimed Water Satellite

The Hawks Prairie Ponds/Recharge Basins site is located at 3001 Hogum Bay Road NE in Lacey; walking trails are open to the public from dawn to dusk.

• From Downtown Olympia, take I-5 north to the Marvin Road exit
• Stay to the left hand side on the ramp, and turn left onto Marvin Road at the light
• Go north on Marvin Road to Willamette Drive (second roundabout), and turn right
• Travel east on Willamette Drive to Hogum Bay Road, and turn left
• Go north on Hogum Bay Road about 1/4 mile, and turn left into the parking area

The Martin Way Reclaimed Water Plant is a state-of-the-art facility located on a 3.4-acre site at 6121 Martin Way E in Lacey.

• From Downtown Olympia, take I-5 north to the Martin Way exit
• Turn right onto Martin Way, and drive north about 1/2 mile
• The Plant is located on the right-hand side of the street
