CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

The following terms and conditions apply for LOTT Alliance Projects posted online:

Document clarity is dependent on the condition of original source documents and is not guaranteed.

The LOTT Alliance does not warrant programs or project images to be free from defects or errors, whether known or unknown, existent or latent.

The LOTT Alliance does not warrant software or services provided by others in any manner, nor do they warrant that any services or images are guaranteed for any other purpose.

The LOTT Alliance makes every effort to provide accurate project information provided online. However, errors or omissions may occur and users are advised not to rely completely on the accuracy of the information. LOTT disclaims any and all liability arising from inaccuracy or incompleteness of any such information.

Access to project documents is provided for use by bidders (General Contractors/Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Suppliers), LOTT Alliance personnel, and the LOTT Alliance's consultants only. "Harvesting" (downloading, copying, and transmitting) of project information and/or project documents for purposes of reselling and or redistributing information by any other party is not allowed.

Bidders are required to register as plan holders either with the LOTT Alliance or with the Builders Exchange of Washington (www.bxwa.com). Failure to register may result in Bidder not being informed of Addendum.

Bidders are responsible to investigate and acknowledge all issued project addenda information. Each bid form shall include specific acknowledgment, in the space provided, of receipt of all addenda issued by the Owner during the bidding period. Failure to do so acknowledge may result in the bid being rejected as not responsive.

Acknowledgment below constitutes that the user has received authorization from user's employer to access documents and accept these conditions.
